this compression mould is great for small & easy processing of plastic into sheets 375x375mm with different thickness.
Mould was made from high quality stainless steel which is suitable for food grade applications.
It consists of 2 outside plates and insert which you can replace.
Outside dimension is 400x400mm and its maximal size for low cost electric oven IKEA Görlig and mini press.
Production of plastic sheets is great way how to process a lot of material into raw material.
Sheet postprocessing can be into a design lamp, parts for furniture, coasters, tiles, “painting”, clothes hanger ect..
